📦 Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via Mylerz courier services. Delivery is typically completed within 2–5 business days across Egypt, provided that all required information is submitted accurately and your contact details are active and reachable. Mylerz will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the address or timing.
Please note that delivery delays may occur in the following cases:
- You are unreachable or unresponsive when the courier tries to contact you;
- You provide incomplete or incorrect shipping information;
- You confirm a different delivery address with the courier than the one originally submitted during checkout.
Lumiz is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries once the order has been handed over to the courier.
We are also not liable for return shipping costs if the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts and the package is automatically returned to us.
If our delivery partner attempts to reach you multiple times and is unable to successfully deliver your order, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, you must contact us within 10 days from your main delivery day date to request a rescheduled delivery. Please note that reshipping fees will apply and are the customer’s responsibility.
If we do not hear from you within this 10-day window, the order will be considered abandoned and will not be eligible for a refund or reshipment.
