To proceed with a candle refill, the alabaster jar must be in perfect condition (free from scratches, cracks, or breakage).If this condition is met, we kindly ask you to send clear photos of the jar to us via Instagram DM for approval.Once approved, we will arrange for an agent to collect the jar and provide you with a newly refilled candle in the scent of your choice. Please note that delivery fees will apply.

Directions of use

Trim the wick to 0.5 cm before each use to avoid smoke and ensure a steady flame.
Avoid burning candles for more than 3 hours at a time.
Store candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Suitable for small and medium-sized rooms
Fragrance gradually released and persistent (optimal after around 20 minutes).
